Is my Favorite Phone [ASUS Zenfone 2] Your Favorite too?

June 25, 2015 by Pragati Bidkar

Mobile phones flood the market as frequently as the day’s catch. Really! Every time you switch on the TV or open the newspaper, there is a new phone brand or model plastered across the screen or page. How do you pick the diamond out of this stack of coals?

I had written about how the Asus Zenfone 2 is great for food bloggers because of its excellent potential for food photography. Today I am going to talk about some other features that make it my favorite phone.

zenfone 2

Aesthetics & Ergonomics

The Zenfone 2 has a slim design and is under 4 mm thick. That is less than half a centimeter. The concentric circle design gives a beautiful effect and has a pitch of just 0.13 mm. The phone is attractive and very easy to hold in the hand. The grip makes it easy to snap photos and selfies. The rear controls are something exclusive and make it easy for even a left handed person to easily handle the phone.

Don’t be taken in by those large phablets. Beyond a certain point, it becomes really hard to hold the phone to your ear. So unless you want to have a Bluetooth device in your ear all the time or have messy dangling earphones that will get in the way, go for a phone that will fit in your hand.

The Zenfone 2 with the 5.5 inch screen will satisfy any ‘big phone’ cravings yet make it easy for handling. The perfect balance, I think.

Performance

I am not into gaming but I am into multi tasking. The Super Quad Core 2.3 GHZ processor from Intel and 4 GB of DDR3 RAM make that possible. With potential download speeds of 250MB/s, it is your WiFi or data connection that might turn out to be the bottleneck.

Battery performance is also very important to me, because I really don’t want to lug a power bank around all the time. BoostMaster technology charges the battery to 60% capacity in just 39 minutes. That could be the time you spent in the airport waiting area, put to good use.

Zenfone 2 rocks!

There is a whole range of Zenfone 2 accessories. Now isn’t that something? Why go for highly priced gadgets when my favorite phone can fulfill every item on your wishlist?

Are you ready to add the Asus Zenfone 2 to your favorites?
