Caprese Sandwich recipe is one of my favorites, mostly because it is so simple. As with any simple recipe, the quality of the ingredients is very important. And this is something you can rustle up when you can’t be bothered to even cook pasta. What could be simpler than a Caprese salad. Or Caprese sandwich….
