Gaia Natural Products for Good Health: Review

April 19, 2017 by Pragati Bidkar

Gaia, Greek for Goddess of the Earth is a fitting name for a health food brand I have come to love. Gaia Green Tea is a must while working, and Gaia Chamomile Tea is what I drink when I want to relax. I have tried out their extensive range of teas, and I think they are the best green tea brand available, especially when you take green tea price into account. But they have many more wholesome natural products that are good for you. Best of all, they all taste just Yum!

Gaia Green tea

Just take a look and you’ll see what I mean.

GAIA Green Tea

Everyone’s talking about green tea health benefits. Green Tea is the elixir of life. It is high in antioxidants which means it is great for your cardio vascular health. It has anti aging and detox properties. It is also supposed to be conducive to weight loss. Drink green tea for a few days and you can actually feel your skin clearing up.

A hot cup of tea may not seem desirable in the summer months. But there is a simple solution. Make Iced Green Tea. I make a whole pitcher full. Just make regular green tea, add some honey, lemon or any muddled fruit and refrigerate it. Serve it with ice and you have a healthy refreshing drink ready at hand.

Check out this extensive range of Gaia Green Tea .

Gaia Multigrain Cookies

Cookies! Who doesn’t love them? I find it very hard to say no to any type of cookie or biscuit. So I’m always hunting for healthy multigrain cookies. Most high fiber or low fat cookies taste like sawdust. When I spotted the box of Gaia Multigrain cookies, of course I had to try them. Made with super grains like Ragi, Millet, soya, whole wheat, oats and rice, these cookies are definitely high on nutrition. I found them to be quite filling which means you automatically eat less. Don’t worry about the multigrain cookie calories. You can enjoy these guilt free!

Gaia Extra Virgin Olive Oil

I’m an olive oil buff. Ever since olive oil benefits and uses became known, I have tried dozens of olive oil brands. Every brand offers something different in terms of taste and flavor. I use extra light olive oil for Indian cooking but when it comes to Continental recipes or salad dressings, I must absolutely have extra virgin olive oil. This is cold pressed oil that retains the maximum nutrients, and is good for heart health. Extra Virgin Olive Oil is savored for its flavor which of course comes from the olives that were used to make it.

GAIA Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made with Spanish olives and is chock full of all those essential fats that are good for you. I love the fruity flavor of this oil a lot and have been cooking with it.

Stay tuned for a special recipe using this extra virgin olive oil. Until then you can check it out at the Gaia website .

Gaia Sport Granola Bar

Periodic snacking is proven to be better for health compared to heavy meals. Many people want to know about granola bar benefits.

A granola bar is great on the go because you can carry it in your pocket or your purse. Rich in fiber and healthy carbs, this Gaia granola bar can provide you an instant boost of energy in a healthy way. Rolled oats, chocolate, honey, all create a tasty combination that will have you wanting more.

Gaia has some very tasty options for granola bars.

I came across these products the last time I went to the super market. I was looking to restock my usual box of green tea and I came across a whole range of products. Of course I couldn’t buy all of them at once. I am looking forward to trying their muesli, oats and multifloral honey.

The next time you’re looking for some wholesome, healthy and tasty ways to supplement your nutrition, make sure to check out the GAIA product range. I’m off to read the latest Clifton Chronicles book, with a cup of Gaia Green Tea and a Gaia granola bar to snack on.
