Welcome to kamalkitchen.com. If you are a regular reader, you know something has been cooking here for a while now :). I am referring to the **big giveaway** we had recently where I asked you to guess the upcoming surprise.
Well, some of you hit the nail on the head, and Riddhi Vasavada is the winner! Yay! Riddhi wins INR1000 in voucher form and she can use it to stock up her kitchen.
So the big news – I am announcing the release of my eCookBook 30 Days of Daal. At this time, it is available only by request. Why?
I want to give the best offers and deals to all our newsletter subscribers and fans, before going ahead with a full fledged launch.
Please check out the book page and write to me for your very very special offer! You can get the first look and also have a chance to be featured with your ‘first impressions’. Well, I won’t tell all yet. Shhhhhh! Just write in to find out :).
So what does 30 Days of Daal contain?
30 Days of Daal is an ebook made for tablets, smart phones etc. It means it goes along with you any place you are. It is going to be pretty easy to refer to a recipe while you are in the kitchen.
The book contains 30 daal recipes from India. The recipes are authentic yet simple. I have taken the most popular and healthy recipes and tried to simplify them as much as possible.
So some of the highlights –
- Made for new cooks, people new to Indian cooking
- Minimum ingredients
- Simple and fresh flavors
- Quick and easy vegetarian protein source
Some recipes like Dhansak, Dalma, Daal Makhni are slightly more elaborate than others. But most recipes use just one or two spices or herbs that are commonly available.
I have also included a section on how you can stock an Indian pantry.
I have been working on releasing an ebook for a long time and am really excited to bring this to you.
Looking forward to giving some love and preferential treatment to my regular readers before going ahead with a full launch.
See Ya there!
